The long way
through Italy

Small groups, local guides who have ridden these roads for twenty years, and evenings in places you would never find alone. Thirty-five itineraries, one obsession.

Why the bicycle

A bicycle moves at the speed of a conversation. Fast enough to cross a region in a week, slow enough that the baker waves you down and the road tells you what the soil grows.

We are not a booking engine. Every itinerary here was drawn by someone who lives on it: the climb chosen for its descent, the hotel for its terrace, the Tuesday for the market. Our guides have led the same routes dozens of times, which is why they know the winemaker by name.
